Google Apps http://goo.im/gapps

1. First of all, you NEED to have ClockWorkMod Recovery (CWM)
2. If you come from other CM9 based ROM, you dont need to wipe data, otherwise, it’s mandatory.
3. Download and flash the rom, as usual (I recommend to check MD5 though, just to be sure zip file is ok)
4. Flash Google apps (optional)
5. Wipe Cache, and Dalvik cache, DON’T WIPE DATA.
6. Reboot and enjoy your ROM

If you are having problems with some of the google apps, repeat till step 3, then reboot, when ROM is fully booted, reboot again to CWM, and then follow next steps.

Built framework from CM9 sources, modded to be ready with D4 Theme Engine. But, what’s D4 theme engine: As many of you know CyanogenMod Rom’s since CM7, have been including a special framework, that differs from google’s one, in some things, but most relevant is Themes Compatibility. They implemented and app called, Theme chooser, wich allows you to install themes in .apk packages. Well, I decided to be a step ahead of their next work, and basically made a framework compatible with themes, for CM9, this is THE FIRST ICS ROM EVER, with this kind of theme installation.
